How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days of full access — no credit card needed. After 7 days, the app switches to the free tier. Upgrade to Pro at any time to keep all features.
What's included in the free plan?

What does Pro include?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
I paid but my features are still locked. What do I do?
Go to Tools → scroll to any locked feature → tap "Already subscribed? Tap to unlock". If that doesn't work, contact support at with your account email.
My students' data isn't showing. What happened?
